  2. I love how he handled all concerns. By asking if there was any reason for them not to pull the trigger it eases their mind. His sheer confidence in his program allows the customer to have confidence as well. Customer mentality is all about making the “right” decision and that’s all based on whether or not they feel confident in the product/program. Great video.

  5. Here’s an example of flawless qualifying. He didn’t need to ask all that many questions because knew what questions to ask. He got enough information to dismiss the cost objection with ease and close the deal. One thing people should take from this is that regardless of how well you can talk or how crafty your presentation is you need to include triggers you gain from the customer via qualifying and active listening. If you use personalized triggers to close you’ll almost never lose sales.

  10. Hey Grant. I gotta say this video is incredible. I am not a sales person, or in the auto industry. But I did do sales 12 years ago and FAILED HARD! But the difference was I didn’t believe in what I was doing. I felt I didn’t deserve their money for my product.

    Anyways, in this video, I see someone who believes in what they are doing and selling. I can see now why “no” is not something to be afraid of, if you truly believe in what you offer. A “no” is just the customer not realizing (yet) how much what you offer will help their lives/business SO much for the better.

    This has motivated me to “re learn” what sales REALLY is (not the bad thing I used to think it was), so I can be more influential/persuasive, and sell myself and my work in my career.
