As a seller everyone try to sell expensive products , so the pen example is not going to work out but as u said in your experience the real estate guy has done his job by showing the cheapest and bad examples first then he convince what he have in his hand to sell .
Vedio is helping people’s to get some information but build a RAPPORT to earn trust π€
I am going to be the sales man of my own company. The first issue that I have to address is to give up my hesitation. I have never faced humiliation my entire life and that is why I am afraid of getting humiliated. If somebody rejects me or my product (I am also going to be the maker of the product as it is just a one man software company) or says something rude, I don’t know how I am going to deal with it. Moreover I also don’t have a good communcation skill. I am nervous because I think that I might get nervous talking to potential clients.
Whatever is the case, but one thing I know and that is that my product is not a fake product. It is geninely useful product. But since it is a new concept, I have to explain it to the potential clients that they need the product. That is the most difficult part.
I felt this video could be a selling strategy for this book. They are building a rapport with their viewers and at the same time . They are genuine

A product may have great value, but it really depends on the salesperson to bring that out in the most relevant and contextual manner. Many sales persons do not know the art of selling. Selling is a skill set for sure. A transaction does eventually take place, but the vast majority of the time, youβre cultivating a relationship, listening to determine your customerβs needs. Get to know your product so well, you should be able to sell it in your sleep!

+ Create Supply and Demand: Create a demand in the buyer, for example tell him that if you don’t buy this thing, you will face this problems in the future, and this is cheap so he will buy it.
+ Solve his problems or goals.
+Upsell more than cross-sell.
+Involve the buyer emotionally, talk more about the solution, and then about how your products can solve.
+Give more than what you get, soon you’ll get more than what you gave.
Thank you

This was a great experience for me as I am into sales department presently and I thank u for kind information about selling.
During my last interview I was asked to convince the personnel to start looking my special African dish which he has no preference for. Somehow, I haggled my way through it but kept on wondering how I could have made it better. Your video title is a catchy one and really drew me in. Now I feel better for clicking on this channel. I’ve been invited for the next stage of the interview which will involve marketing the company’s product to the panel team. I believe I’m on the right track here. Wish me luck guys.
