Thanks for buying the book! We don’t have much on invitation to connect messages. Main thing I would recommend is that if you customize your note, don’t use a copy/paste customization. Look at their profile and make your invitation appear as those you actually wrote it mentioning something from their profile and not an obvious copy/paste.
