Hi – If you invoice a sales order without using the package / fulfillment process do the inventory levels get updated and if so at what point? TIA
Hi Anthony, if you’re not using the package/fulfillment process, then Zoho Books/Inventory will primarily track your “Accounting Stock”.
Accounting stock is decreased by the creation of Invoices, and increased by the payment of Bills.

I suppose to make this clear I am looking for the simplest way to invoice my shopify orders and update stock levels. I do all the pick, pack and ship in shopify so don’t need to send any customer docs from Zoho. Any thoughts?
As long as you set up inventory in Shopify first, then you will be fine.
