Tommy, do you always recommend asking the customer on the showroom floor ” Is this the bike you want to own” ? If so, what is the advantage of asking this question?
Another question. You mention you appraise the trade on the second step after the greeting. What is the advantage of appraising the trade before showing the customer the new bike?
I’d pay extra not to have the “sales process.” Get rid of this tired song and dance. No one sells me a can of beans at the grocery store. What’s the difference?
